Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Dockedin portal for seeking an online medical consultation. If you continue to browse and use this portal or Apps, you are agreeing to abide by the listed terms and conditions of use, which in conjunction with Dockedin’s privacy policy governs your relationship with us. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use Dockedin.

The term ‘Dockedin’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the portal, and ‘you’ pertains to the user or viewer of the Dockedin portal. Your use of this portal is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The content of the Dockedin portal is for your general information and use only, and may be changed without notice. You are bound by all such modifications and therefore should review these terms and conditions on a regular basis. The use of this portal constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.

  • The Dockedin portal includes links to websites operated by third parties that are provided for your convenience to provide further information. We do not endorse the linked websites and have no responsibility for their content. Any questions, complaints or claims related to any products should be directed to the appropriate third party.

  • The Dockedin portal and content contained herein are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representation of any kind as to the salability and operation of its site, or the content, services and products included therein. To the fullest extent as permissible by all applicable laws, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of fitness and/or infringement.

  • All content on this portal, including text, design, layout, appearance, graphics, icons, images, logos, trademarks and data, in any form including the compilation, are protected by all applicable copyright laws and conventions. Reproduction is prohibited.

  • Dockedin grants a limited license to you to make personal use only of the portal and associated services in accordance with these terms and conditions of use. This license excludes any reproduction, resale or commercial use of the web site and associated services (other than a request for an online medical consultation in accord with these terms and conditions of use), making any derivative of the website or included services, collection and use of user e-mail or other user information, including health information or any data mining.

  • Despite the use of state-of-the-art security, no system can completely guard against the risk of intentional intrusion or inadvertent disclosure of information. When using the Dockedin portal or Apps for mobile devices, your information will be transmitted over a medium that is beyond our control, and you are hereby expressly assuming the risk of any unauthorized disclosure or intentional intrusion or of any failure or corruption of data and information transmitted in connection with the use of Dockedin. Please read Dockedin’s Privacy Statement and Notice of Privacy Practices to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our many features.

  • If you choose to pay for Dockedin services with your credit card, we, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to accept payment from your credit card. By opting to pay with a credit card, you are authorizing us to charge that credit card for the advertised fee for the doctor you select. In the event that your credit card has expired or we are unable to debit the applicable amounts from that credit card, services will not be provided.

  • The service provided through the Dockedin portal is different from the diagnostic services typically provided by your personal doctor. An online medical consultation is not intended to replace a full physical evaluation or a face-to-face visit with your personal doctor. Hence, the diagnosis you receive is limited and provisional because the doctor providing the online medical consultation will not have the benefit of information that would be obtained by examining you in person. Therefore, the online doctor may not be aware of facts that would affect his or her opinion of your diagnosis. Consequently, we strongly encourage you to discuss the diagnosis with your personal doctor as soon as possible.

  • By engaging Dockedin services, you acknowledge that you are aware of the limitations of an online medical consultation and agree to fully assume the risk of these limitations.

  • You further understand that no guarantee has been made to you concerning any particular result or cure of your condition.

  • Unauthorized use of the Dockedin portal may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

  • Your use of Dockedin portal and any dispute arising out of such use of the services are subject to the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to the principle of conflict of laws. You hereby agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any and any dispute that might arise between you and Dockedin, the online doctors or other affiliates, resides in the courts of New Jersey. You further expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of New Jersey in connection with any claim involving Dockedin, the online doctors or other affiliates.

Use of the Dockedin site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
